Standard delivery within Dhaka: 1–3 working days
Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days (depending on courier availability)
Pre-order or special items may take longer.

Order Confirmation:

Return Eligibility:
You can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition (with tags, box, warranty card, and accessories).
Non-Returnable Items:
Used or damaged watches due to customer mishandling.
Discounted, clearance, or limited-edition items.
Customized/personalized products.
Return Process:
Contact our customer support via phone/email within the return period.
Provide your order ID, reason for return, and product photos (if required).
Once approved, send the product back to our warehouse via designated courier.
Refunds:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method (or via bank/mobile banking).
Cash on Delivery refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet.
