    • If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

    • Product must be unused and returned with original packaging, box, and warranty card.

  2. Replacement Process:

    • Contact our support team with order ID and proof (photo/video).

    • Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.

    • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to our Return Policy.
