Replacement Eligibility:
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.
Product must be unused and returned with original packaging, box, and warranty card.
Replacement Process:
Contact our support team with order ID and proof (photo/video).
Once verified, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued according to our Return Policy.
